I NEED A YEAST FREE FOOD SHOPPING LIST? I have chronic psoriasis and have gone to every doctor/tried every treatment possible to get rid of it. I thought it was stress related and still do but not as much. My psoriasis pretty much dissapeared when i got sunburnt and went to the beach also i broke up with my loser boyfriend...so i figured beach, sn, less stress = ...no psoriasis. I recently went away with friends and started drinking beer...and in the last week my skin went from CLEAR to BOOOOOOM and I think it because of yeast!!! I figured to do some more research on this disease and found that yeast is a cause to psoriasis. So because the professionals can't really help me, I am going to try my own NATURAL experiment...although I am finding it hard to get a 'YEAST FREE' shopping list together!! HELP PLEASE - I don't so much want recipies...just seperate foods...like tuna, corn, fetta cheese ...ta

Is this a good back to school shopping list....? I love planning things early so that I always know what I'm getting. And so I planned my BTS shopping list so that I'll be ready for school this fall. (I only have 2 months!!!) Anyways, This is my list: ~Plain V-Neck tees: Abercrombie, Nordstrom B.P., and Urban Outfitters ~Dark Wash Skinny Jeans/Denim Shorts, and Mini Skirts: A&F, and Levi's ~"Romantic" Dresses: A&F, Free People, Urban Outfitters ~Long Necklaces: Free People, Top Shop, Nordstrom ~Hi-Top Converses: Nordstrom ~Wedge Sandals: Nordstrom, Free People ~Graphic Tees: David & Goliath, Delia*s, boutiquetoyou.com, and shop.kitson.com, Ed Hardy ~Cowboy Boots: Free People, Nordstrom ~Polo Shirts: Lacoste, Ralph Lauren ~Cute hair Accessories: Nordstrom, Free People, Topshop ~Totes: Nordstrom, A&F, abercrombie, and Victoria's Secret ~Preppy Blazer: A&F, Urban Outfitters ~Cute Sweats: Victoria's Secret ~Plain Tanks: Gilly Hicks ~Flowy Bohemian-style Tanks: Free People ~Sneakers: Juicy Couture, Puma, Foot Locker, Journeys My question is.... can you tell me of some stores that are kind of similar in style to the ones I mentioned, and what other trends, or neccessities should a girl my age (14) have for this fall? Did I pretty much cover everything? Any helpful suggestions would be great!!! Thanks so much! ( ~ 8* Thank you for all of these stores...Most of them I've never thought about before, but I'm glad I asked. As for the people who think I just want to show off, or I should focus on school work....blah blah blah. You should be informed that actually I've had straight A's since 4th grade, and I am taking three Honors classes in high school. I think that I am doing well in school, and I have the time to concentrate on other things besides school my entire summer. As for the showing off part....That's just petty. I would never be a snob about what I have. That is a very narrow minded thing to do. I consider myself to be fortunate, but showing off would require me to put people down that have less than what I do. And that's just not my style.... ( ~ 8* Oh, and miss "Good_Luck_Charmsz" I am actually reading a few books right now, all of which are very good. I'm reading Lord of the Flies, Of Mice and Men, The Odessey, and Their Eyes Were Watching God. Thanks for the suggestion to "read a book" However, I am already reading four. ( ~ 8*

Which free proprietary shopping portals would you recommend for ecommerce sites? I am getting some good results in terms of referred traffic to ecommerce sites from proprietary shopping portals. Basically you submit your site and providing it meets with their terms and conditions and it can be crawled by their crawlers then your products can be listed on their site for free. When people search their sites for products then your listing comes up along side all the other shops they have listed who sell the same stuff and people click through from there. Ones I have found useful are: www.shopwiki.co.uk www.twenga.co.uk www.shopsafe.co.uk What other similar sites would you recommend? I have ecommerce sites selling all sorts of products including: tools, makeup, office supplies, electrical products, original art and home goods. Thanks, Kath

Good back to school shopping list? I meant clothes and not supplies wise (my school always gives me a list anyway). Here's my list: 5 Jeans 7 Tank tops 11 Shirts (including knit tops, blouses, v-necks) 4 Shorts 3 Shoes ( 2 flats, 1 canvas type shoe) 3 Sweaters/ Cardigans 5 Camis 2 Skirts 1 Hoodie I'm not getting any graphic tees cause I already have a lot. I'll be getting makeup and accessories too (suggestions?). Good? Bad? Feel free to add some stuff or express your opinion. And what is on your back to school list? It doesn't have to be numbers; just stuff you want. Oh and I live in Florida so the weather is really warm. I'll also be a freshman in high school :] To Galaxia: I'm not exactly sure how to send you a message? haha But you can send me one. I don't use my yahoo a lot anymore (full of spam ugh) but hotmail does me wonders. And to add some more detail: I have one dress and it's from Forever 21 :] I'm not that confident for dresses so since I already have a cute one, I didn't but that one there. But anyone is welcome to put it on the list. I'm on a semi-budget haha I have about $200? But I can get a little bit more from my parents since that 200 is from my savings. I'm what you would call average? Slightly more, slightly less?
I need help making a shopping list for me and my husband! PLEASE help!? So this may seem like a really odd question, but I need help shopping, like typical grocery shopping. I kind of missed a step when growing up and went straight from my moms warm kitchen to getting married out on my own in my cold hard mean apartment kitchen, with NOTHING but frozen burritos and ramen...I honestly don't know what else to buy, so what I'm really looking for is things that I would shop for for 2 adults food wise... My husband is a hearty eater at 21 years old and I'm 19.. I know young that's kinda why I'm asking, I ask my mother but she always seems to tell me, "just pick up whatever you're going to be cooking this week" well We both work odd schedules.. lol so even if it takes a little of preparing and its not something I have to go all out on I'm willing.. I'm on all night so if you have any questions or something I may have left out, feel free to add and I'll answer or fix it.. thank you SOOO much!

Help! I'm trying to find a valid cruelty-free cosmetics list pertaining to products available in Belgium.? I am SO confused. I have read Peta's list of cosmetic companies that DO and DON'T animal test but now I see in various other sites (eg:http://www.uncaged.co.uk/crueltyfree.htm) that the Body Shop (sold to Loreal in 2006) and Beiersdorf and Clinique which were on Peta's 'DONT animal-test' list are not cruelty-free companies according to other listings. I am SO confused and frustrated. I don't see how I can ever stop using animal and animal-tested products when I cannot even find reliable info. :( Furthermore ALL the suggested cruelty-free (as in vegan, free from animal-derived substances and products and free from animal testing in end product AND ingredients) product lists I find are almost all about American, Canadian and UK brands/companies. I live in Belgium and have no idea what these brands are, let alone where to find them. Most are not available here. Is there a list of vegan/cruelty-free products (cosmetics and other) available in Belgium?? Can anyone help please??? :/ -does anybody have any idea (I dont seem to be getting any replies on this)
Is there a shoe brand that is vegan-friendly or sweat shop free? I'm looking for more of a tennis shoe or something to that extent. Just no sandles or heels. Also, if a shoe doesn't have leather, does that mean it doesn't have any other animal by-products? Will they always list leather on the shoe if it has it somewhere on it? Please don't give me websites where I have to shop online either because I can't do that at the moment. Anything I buy has to come from a store, preferably something that isn't Wal-Mart.
How can I get off mass-mailing lists for free? I get SO much junk mail! I really dont use the coupons (I only shop at 2 grocery stores and I just pick up their circular, and I call ahead to restaurants for their specials) I want to save these companies money on their postage, and I hate knowing all the paper that is wasted on this thing. For now, I just recycle it, but it is REALLY getting cold here, and I dread making the walk to my apartment complex recycling bin in below freezing temperatures. It's just so inconvenient. Can anyone tell me where to go to remove myself from these lists for free? Like a Do-Not-Junk-Mail registry?
getting a mouse... need a shopping list? Ok, here's the thing... I'm borrowing my friend's cage, I already have bedding and food... just need other stuff. Also don't put anything about a cage in because I already know what cage I'm going to buy when I get the money; HabitTrail OVO Pad or something like that. Just everything else... and the mouse is free... just first costs. Oh and also can you give me links to the stuff and I only have like $20 at this point right now so I can't buy too much for about a week. Then I'll have about 30 and so on... so just give me some stuff I NEED to get Oh also I'm getting like a big extension for the ovo when it's finished it'll look like this... http://www.petdiscounters.com/c7/c5/c183/c827/Habitrail-Ovo-Suite-p7539.html and I might get a couple more add-ons once I get more money
I'm trying to eat healthy, take a look at my shopping list...? Is there anything I should/shouldn't get? Apples Bananas Blueberry's Cantaloupe Salad Strawberries Peaches Mushrooms Skim Milk Low-Fat Yogurt Whole Grain bread Hummus Pita Bread Brown Rice Unsalted Cashews Wasabi Peas Tuna Chicken Breasts Eggs Kashi Cinnamon harvest cereal Nature valley granola bars Green Tea Sugar free popsicles. I could use guidance in my efforts to become healthier, thanks.
I'm looking for a free online recipe center? I am looking for a recipe center that has not only recipes but can manage my "pantry" to select recipes based on ingredients I already have and create shopping lists. I also want to be able to enter my own and either keep them private or share them. Does anything like this exist?
Is there a FREE Menu plans on the net? Something to track what you use, food list for shopping, menu planning or something? Or maybe a cheap program you know of that I can get for under $20 Thanks.
What is the point of "Wish Lists" when browsing at online shops/stores? I always see these "wish lists" shopping carts when i look at online stores, such as amazon.com or otherwise yet i never see the point in putting any items in them. Does amazon really send them out to you on your birthday, or what? What is the use of it, has anyone actually been given something FREE from the list?
Is there any website that lists free WiFi hotspots? I'm buying a palm pilot that has WiFi access. I'd like to be able to find out where there are free WiFi hotspots, maybe at coffee shops or stores or other places like that. If I could find out by zip code or town, that would be helpful.
Cecelia's Marketplace Gluten-Free Grocery Shopping Guide? It's not available for people in Ontario through Chapters or Coles, I tried Amazon.com and it says its not available for ppl in my district and Amazon.ca doesnt even have the book listed. Anyone know where I can purchase this close to Lucan Ontario
Does spending your money on animal free products really make a difference? I know PETA and other organizations make lists available of products that are "vegan" or free or animal testing. If a person spends money on these products only, only buys animal free food, and essentially boycotts anything that's assciated with animal cruelty can a significant difference be made? How would a person figure out how their smart shopping is making a difference?
