I am trying to eat healthy and wants a basic shopping list any ideas? I am 19 years old 180 pounds and trying to eat healthy, i used to be 260 pounds less than a year ago but that was from going to doing nothing all day to exercising and working in a mill. help me with early christmas..."shopping list"? (guitars?)? Ok here's the deal. It's almost thanksgiving. That's right! That means it's almost time to think about christmas shopping in america, because nothing helps usher in a massive spending spree like getting overly filled with turkey (only in america, right?) So, i'm 17. I'm a senior in high school, and my grandparents dearly love me, and they are the type that nag me about 'what i want for christmas'. I'm a humble person, who usually says 'i dont want anything', because i don't. But then again, they are my grandparents, so they will continue to press this question every time i see them, so i am usually forced to request something. Anyways, because i'm out of the 'gift card teenager phase' i'm not sure what to really ask for. I own a relatively cheap guitar...the laughing stock of the fender franchise: a fender squire (ok, not the laughing stock, but not well respected). I own the amp it came with, and a basic tuner. I was thinking about asking for something for my guitar setup, but don't really know what to ask for...i was thinking along the lines of some effects pedals, because a new guitar is going to cost too much, and i believe the same for an amp. So...what effects pedals would you suggest? While they are overly nice grandparents, they aren't about to shell out a bunch of money for stuff either. As far as musical styles and influences, I love the blues and Hendrix/srv/clapton and the like. I was thinking a wah pedal or maybe a fuzz face...what would you suggest, for someone who has a guitar and amp that costs less then 200 dollars, and has only been playing a year with no teacher? thanks!

Help me feed a raw diet? To all of you raw feeders out there, I’m looking for some input. I’m trying to get my dogs into raw, but it’s a little harder than I’d expected. I’m having issues finding different meat sources (thus far I can get chicken, beef, pork, venison and eggs easily – everything else is harder to find) as well as a bit of, uhm, financial issues (my dad’s was laid off for 7 months, got called back for a month, and has just been laid off again, probably until late fall. And I can’t find a job anywhere). I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to give me some advice? I’m looking for a sort of diet plan, ie what to feed each one of them each day – maybe like a 7 or 10 day rotation menu? I know about the different amounts of meat/bone/organ per day, but being so new at this I’m afraid that I’ll screw it up – especially since my vet’s made it clear that he won’t help me in this situation. Also, having a basic shopping list per week would be handy so I can figure out pricing and whatnot. I have a 7 year old GSD/husky mix and a 3 month old husky pup whose ideal weights are 85 pounds (he weighs 90 now) and 45 pounds (she weighs about 15) respectively. Looking for a shopping list for about 7 days and I have some basics already here. I am trying to eat better thanks in advance.

Vegetarian shopping list? So, We are going grocery shopping tomorrow, I was wondering, could somebody give me a list for what I should get, I know hte basics, veggies, frutis, ect, but what else should I get? I really don't have the money to buy all these organic foods, tips?

I already have a Louis V. And my daddy isn't loaded, my mother bought for Christmas all year and decided out of her settlement she was going to let me go shopping with no limit... as well as buy herself a new washer/dryer set, buy her sister's groceries for a week, give my little cousin two hundred, give her boyfriend a shopping spree, pay my grandmother's credit card off... and invest the rest for my future. =] She's doing things for the people who have helped her alot. And since I'm the only child who lives at home, I help her with alot of the chores and sometimes do her grocery shopping when she's too "blah" feeling to do it herself. I know that things aren't going to be that easy in the future. Only my clothes get passed down after I'm done with them, and I buy alot of my own clothes with allowence during the year. And I'm getting my own job when I'm of legal age. In Canada you need to be sixteen, and I'm only fourteen.

What are all the expenses one must consider when moving out? I'm talking everything. Electricity and gas down to repairs and property tax or whatever! I know there are the basic bills, but there are so many other expenses that people usually don't account for immediately. How does a straight guy learn the basics of dressing? My mom has always bought my clothes and I simply have no exposure to what's right or wrong to wear and stuff about matching. Cost of living in Barbados? Just wondering what the average price of shopping basic basics (milk, bread etc) is like at the moment in Barbados. In Cyprus there is a weekly ex-pat newspaper that publishes a shopping list with prices for people to see. It would be great if I could find out if something similar exists in Barbados.

Basic MAC eye/face brushes..what r they used for?..details? im just starting to get into make up and im gonna go shopping for some brushes..mainly for eyes only but i would like to kno some great brushes for applying liquid foundation..and powder since i use both lol :P soo yeah..that..and i wanted to kno what are the best eye brushes to start out with cause MAC brushes are pretty expensive and i dont think i could get all at once. What food to buy for 10 people on vacation? 10 of us will be renting a house for 5 days in Vegas and I am asking everyone to put in a little extra money to grocery shop so we have some basics in house.
