Where can I get a list of a typical "french shopping list" for grociers?

I've been reading French Women Don't Get Fat and I'm wondering if there are any french women out there who could let me peak at their weekly (daily?) shopping list as to get a better idea what I SHOULD be eating instead of the "americanized" way of eating I've been doing for 42 years!

1. you can just search for "healthy french foods," or "french foods," or something like that. the library probably has books on typical/popular french foods that could show you wat ppl typically buy
