Printable Shopping List

Weight Watchers grocery shopping list?

I can't find any specific food shopping list. I find ones that say "butter, eggs, cereal, bread" but not what KIND to get and i'm kind of lost. Does anyone have something they can email me or a website they use? Thanks :)

1. You can check weightwatchers.com. There is really no suggested shopping list, that I know. Weight watchers encourages you to make healthy food choices so it is really up to you to decide what you would like to eat. There are lots of recipes on weight watchers that might be helpful in giving you a start for what you need to purchase. Good luck WW is a great lifestyle, not just a program. I am trying to get a weight watchers at work program going at my place of employment now.
