Gluten Free shopping list for a newly Dx family.?

My kids and I have recently been diagnosed with the gluten allergy. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and I was wondering what some of the essentials needed for my shopping list.

1. i don't know any product but there is a web sight called gluten free girl that has recipies check it out
2. woolies, coles, bi-lo and look in the health section of these stores and health-food store are able to help you. If they have not got it they can get it in. bread, biscuits, pasta, flour, etc.. these are some of the products i use for my kids. sakata rice crackers vege cracker (similar to chips) Orgran self/plain flour Freemdom food chocolate day biscuits and pancake mix Lowan rice and buckwheat flours vege spread (similar to Vegemite) peanut butter good luck!
