  1. Good luck I could not eat half of that
  2. it seems healthy... but ive learned that you can eat anything you want in moderation as long as you excersise
  3. It is very good to go with the whole fruit and vegetable thing!!! It appears to be a good list to me!!
  4. sounds great !
  5. WOW, thats a great list. And you can have a occasional treat as long as you burn off the calories after. Popsicles are great as they are low in cal. and really tasty! But its winter atm so not sure whether i'd eat them at this time of year, haha. Maybe joining a gym if you don't go to one already? What is really healthy is soups. Vegetable soup. Split Peas,Carrots,Onions,Parsnip what ever you want in the soup really. Tastes lush! And its very healthy. I don't really enjoy vegetables on their own all hard and horrible. So soups are really good!
  6. That's a good list except for maybe the tuna. i know bodybuilders love tuna to build muscle... Remember its not all about what you eat but how much. Try to get an expert to help give you a schedule with all the portions you should be eating. (If you're trying to lose weight)
  7. your lists have a lot of things that are high in carbs...are you working out a lot??? to burn all those carbs? i dont think you need to go to such an extreme. you dont have to be 100% healthy. your body needs something not so healthy every once in a while. good luck though.
  8. Looks great actually! Personally I wouldn't get the sugar free popsicles because Splenda can have long term effect on you. Hummus and and pita is great!! Also have you ever tried Luna bars. They are really good have a variety of flavors and are very healthy. Good luck! :)
  9. well dont eat alot of salad. well my dad and sister says it makes your stomach bigger inside. (im not sure what its called) but were you want to eat more. so dont eat salad alot. happy holidays!
  10. too many fruits and not enough vegetable. Try broccoli and carrots and green beans. I would personally get rid of the sugar free popsicles, that sucralose and aspartame is carcinogenic (cancer causing).
  11. yum but granola bars are fine to have but believe it or not have quite a bit of suger in em, even the nature valleys. but sounds great just need more veggies. raw spinach tastes great; especially in salads and has lots of iron!(:
  12. It's a great start! I especially like that you are going to use brown rice, fruit and cashews. Now, I would make some substitutions: I would replace sugar-free popsicles with some natural sugar containing stuff (figs, dates, dark chocolate) . Sugar-free stuff contains aspartame which is not healthy no matter what company making it says. Same with Nature valley granola bars. Replace with healthier version from the health store. I would add green leafy vegetables (spinach, kale, swiss chard) and herbs (cilantro, parsley) for their antioxidant content. Instead of skim milk, try almond milk (high in protein, iron, calcium, magnesium and vitamins) You may not like it by itself, but once you mix it with strawberries/bananas and spinach in a smoothie, you will love it I am sure. Add omega-3 supplements or (better) flax oil. Hope this helps and good luck with healthier lifestyle! Olga
  13. hi there, great list but instead of sugar free popsicles why not get the ones made with all fruit, fake sugar isn't good for you.....also for cereals put on cheerios, and also you can get instant oatmeal and add your own fruit/bananas......buy some egg beaters, and make yourself a big healthy omelette, fry up some veggies peppers, onion, mushroom, asparagus (if you like them) broccoli, tomatoes, and then when they are cooked add the egg beaters.......good stuff!!
  14. if u wana lose weight at home without exercising......the best way to lose weight . http://looseweightnoweasy.blogspot.com/ and u will find so many tips for weight loose and weight loose reciepes.u can try them and lose weight at home easily.
  15. Seems pretty good. But I don't see baked fish and baked fish is great. (Unless you don't like fish) It's low fat and very nutritious and healthy. What I do with baked fish is chop up tomatoes, garlic, (cucumber sometimes) and lots of cilantro then squeeze fresh lemon juice on it and add salt and eat that with baked fish. Take baked fish-preferably salmon, very healthy-put on salt, pepper, garlic powder and squeeze lotsa lemon juice on it and bake.
  16. Everything sounds pretty good but the granola bars are loaded with sugar and fat so watch closely
  17. yes it.s healthy but eat it right
  18. All of it sounds right but he unsalted cashews have got to go. Nuts need salt.
