heres my diet shopping list: Did I miss out anything?
Hi everyone, Im going on a balanced diet where I will have some protien (baked, grilled, stirfried) + fibrous vegetables (stir frys, boiled and steamed or raw) + a little bit of carbs (whole wheat bread, pasta, pita or potatoes) heres my shopping list (did i miss out on anything?) boxes of low fat yoghurt cartons of skim milk sugar substitue sugar free juice powder skimmed milk powder apples, oranges, pears and strawberries chickpeas kidney beans chicken (boneless and whole) canned tuna in brine spinach romaine lettuce cumcumbers bell peppers Dill, corriander, parsley button mushrooms fresh herbs (basil, thyme, sage etc) eggs walnuts canola oil cottage cheese what else? TY

- make sure the cottage cheese is NONFAT. and for the lowfat yogurt, buy Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt. it's only 60 calories! hmm... -fat free feta cheese to throw into your salads -jar of red pepper to also cut into your salads -olives (chop into salads) -pickles (some have no calories!) -sugar-free jello (only 10 calories!) -fish, fish, fish--->and broil in oven with margarine, chopped garlic, parsely, lemon and onion powder!!!! add some paprika on top if you choose tilepia. -diet ice tea -Fiberone cereal (60 calories per 1/2 cup) -bananans -canned tuna (can throw in salad dry, no mayo of course) -rice wine vinegar for dressing (no calories) -brown rice walnuts are fattening in case you didn't know. all nuts are. i would stay away from them unless you could eat only 10 nuts and walk away from the bag for the rest of the day. oh, and drink lots of water!!!! makes you feel fuller! and never skip meals! youll only eat more in the long-run! :-)
