What is the best diet anyone has been on?

I need a good diet and shopping list!!! I need to cut away this baggage

  3. I don't do diets. I just stick to eating healthily and mild exercise everyday. I've lost some "baggage" and still going.

  5. I have lost one stone in a year just by eating what I like when I like, but healthily. And don't pig out. I usually relax at the weekends, but watch all week, its not difficult when you get in to good food. Diets are a no no, have you not hear of yo yo dieting. Replace bad foods, i.e. sweet, fatty, with something wholesome and you will get used to it. I have five pounds to go before Xmas and I am over the moon with happiness that I can get in to my cool clothes. Good luck = you don't have to starve or do without say chocolate just cut down. No FIZZY DRINKS, tho'. Think of that beautiful party dress and save and you will not believe how happy you will be and your skin, and everything will look lovely. Baggage, throw it away now!!!!
  6. weightwatchers. You can still eat everything you want to you just have to eat a smaller amount of the bad things. You don't have to join a weightwatchers meeting you can buy what you need off ebay. (weightwatchers guide and the shopping guide) (eating out guide if you eat out alot)
  7. Go to a weight watchers for men. Trust me they are very good, teach you a whole new way about food, and each week you set you a target, when you a gold member you get your meetings free! all you have to do to get that is get your BMI 20-25 and thats it! good luck
  8. I did the Atkins a couple of years ago, and it worked for me, but for some reason I have been unable to get on board with it this time. So I joined SLIMMING WORLD, and it really does work, for me anyway, and what is more, I have never been hungry, its been great, you can eat quite a bit and still loose weight providing to keep to the guide lines.   9. The Rosemary Conley Diety & Fitness Club. Excellent results. If you can't go to a class you can join on-line. Remember - nothing tastes as good as being slim and fit feels.
