Printable Shopping List

In need of windows 2003 pocket pc freeware for diet tracking etc.?

I am looking for some good programs for tracking diet, a shopping list, simple games, and I am also looking for something to keep track of fertility (women's cycles). I prefer freeware or a relatively low price for these programs - aka I cannot afford $20+ for a simple program to use on my ipaq. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice.
