Printable Shopping List

I need help using webs.com and how to insert something.?

I am in the process of building our grocery stores website using webs.com and we have a page designated for a printable grocery shopping list, but I have no idea how to insert one like other websites that have a "printable version" button for people to print. I also need to know how to insert our stores multi page weekly sales ad. I can get it in jpeg or any other format I just have no idea how to even begin that. I am new at this so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks ahead of time!!!

1. Printable version will (usually) differ only by absence of web page specific formating, it will contain the same data formatted for plain paper (A4) printing.
